As many of you will know, Emma was on a horse before she could walk. All of her weekends, evenings and holidays, growing up were spent out on the yard, up the field or competing.

In later years Emma has kept the hobby alive having spent two Summers at Camp Sangamon in Vermont teaching kids to ride, galloping along the beach in Bali and in Adelaide. 

Horseworld rescues neglected, mistreated and abandoned horses, ponies and donkeys, saving the lives of up to 100 animals every year. In 2013, the Purcell family have rehomed Jake from horseworld. He is now living a happy, relaxed life ‘up the field’ and will no doubt be very intrigued by the wedding festivities on the 21st July.
