The work that Special Effect do with the disabled, either to introduce them to gaming, or to bring it back to them after an accident or developing disease is both wonderfully simple and yet highly technically complex with each control solution being individually designed and built to each user's unique requirements. 

You just have to watch one of their videos and see the smiles on their faces to see the difference it can make in their lives.

As a result I also have a small challenge to propose,

While my target is to match roughly what we made last year at £500, I have said that if we manage to raise £1000 or more I will go to a professional barber and have my hair dyed Twitch Purple... Just for the hell of it.
