My sister Allison and I both recently started running to improve our fitness. After barely managing to run 5km between us, we took the next logical step of signing up to a 10km fun run!  We will be running the RunThrough Greenwich Park on Saturday 24th August 2019.

We are hoping to raise money towards a sensory room at Heritage Care's Short Breaks service at Brook Street, Erith. They provide support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other associated developmental and physical disabilities and a sensory room would provide a number of benefits to the individuals they support. This is a small effort towards what is a big project so please donate any pennies  (or pounds!) you can spare to keep us motivated and get us one step further up the ladder to being able to provide a much needed sensory room.
