What are we doing?

Splice Cast are raising awareness of the effectiveness of regular cancer screening in early detection and prevention of cervical cancer.  After all, we all have a mother, sister or daughter who's life may well be spared by their invaluable work. 

The Splice Cast team have decided to raise money for Jo's at a forthcoming  "Baby world" sale.  We will be selling donated baby clothing, prams and toys to the public while at the same time raising awareness of the smear programme.  100% of proceeds from this sale will be donated to Jo's Trust Charity.

Why are we doing this?

1) Caring is in our DNA!   Our culture is built around 2 words: "WE CARE!  Not only do we care about supplying top-quality medical devices to make cancer screening quicker and more comfortable, we also care about raising awareness of cancer screening programmes and how early detection SAVES LIVES.

2) Because we are LIFE SAVERS!  Splice Cast manufacture the devices used in cervical cancer detection...  Enough vaginal speculum (according to statistics) to save around 15 lives every week!  Raising awareness of this excellent charity demonstrates Splice Cast’s mission to Save Lives... because we care!
