For around ten years of my life now i have battled with my weight its been up and down, its not always a case of the wrong foods its also the wrong times. Also suffered with polycystic ovaries before i conceived my first child which added to the weight gain. So whats different now u ask and why now?
Ive battled through so much in my life this is probably one of the easiest things im going to be doing once im in the swing of it and i thought what better way and encouragement to do it by raising money for the people that saved our daughters life. Ive dieted before never really have the willpower lost a stone or two and just given up. Then ive sat and thought if ellie mae went through open heart surgery and nearly lost her life then i can also make my heart healthy and myself by loosing my weight. I dont want to spend any longer having no confidence to enjoy the things other people do it holds me back so much to the point i cant enjoy things with my children and im sat on the sideline watching them. Too many judge bigger people think they just sit around eating thats not my case i am active i just have to change my eating lifestyle now ive battled through so bad times in my life im ready to do this.
My aim is from monday 13th january to start the changes with help and encouragement from everyone that knows me and as i see the donations going up it is going to really help me im planning all my meals weekly n starting to walk more and exercise twice a week cutting out all diet fizzy pop for water and going to make myself experiment with new foods. Im going to be realistic i want to loose 77lbs which is 5 stone and 7lbs dieting is no quick fix i want to achieve this in 42 weeks (3rd november) maximum which will be 1.83lbs a week its realistic its practical and not silly dieting. I know some weeks il loose more and some i may mantain when we have social events i believe i can reach my target before november but ive set it to this realstic date. My sister gets married on 23rd august id like to loose majority before im matron of honour.
I will update my progress pictures, weekly weigh ins and weekly measurements. When im more comfortable and confident and nearing my target i will update my start weight and dress size
