On Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th January, we will be challenging our staff and customers to cycle 965km (the length of the UK) to raise as much money as possible for Mind.

Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem with hundreds of thousands of people still struggling.

Mind are a charity that provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

By giving as little or as much as you'd like we can help those suffering in silence get the help and support that they need. So please either donate via our just giving page or come down to Stantonbury Leisure Centre on 29th or 30th January and take part in our mammoth cycle!
