Together with Hosties for Heroes, I'm going to be pushed to my mental and physical limits by the guys from the Channel 4 TV show 'SAS Who Dares Wins', while raising money for the charity Help for Heroes.

Over the course of the weekend, my fellow hosties and I will be pitted against each other in different SAS based tasks and events. This is going to be one of the hardest challenges I've ever undertaken, and it'd be great to have your support, especially for this very deserving cause.

Help for Heroes provides livelong support to wounded war veterans and their families, helping them to rebuild their lives after service.

This charity lies particularly close to my heart. All donations are welcome, no matter how small; every penny counts, and will go towards the incredible work this charity provides.
