Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, works in partnership with health professionals to try to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care and funds research that could help to reduce the numbers of babies dying and families devastated by this tragedy.

Story

Steve is running the Half Marathon in the Great Scottish Run to help Vicky and David Rogers raise money for SANDS after their beautiful daughter Nell Rogers was sadly born sleeping on January 12th 2014.

Sands has a nationwide group of local networks run by bereaved parents to support anyone affected by the loss of a baby. Our local group, Glasgow Sands is part of this network and 100% of your donations will be used to support their work. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Sands will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 25% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you. The Gift Aid is used to support Sands work across the UK
