Children's Hospice South West makes the most of the lives of children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Providing support for the whole family for as long as they need them.

Three hospices in the South west care for 500 families, providing respite, short breaks, emergency and palliative care.

Our journey will take us via the 3 hospices which we will inspire us to complete this very worthy and special event.
