There has been significant research linked to the health and mental benefits of outdoor exercise and activity. 

At AMER SPORTS We are working to raise money for the Leatherhead Youth Project. We are putting 12 x 13year old children from disadvantaged backgrounds (boys and girls) through the:-

• DOFE expedition certificate (Pen Y Fan)
• John Muir Award
• Into the Wild Certificate 

Your donations will help us put these children from disadvantaged backgrounds through these amazing outdoor experiences. AMER SPORTS will also match your donation.

As part of this I am doing a 50 Mile Sportive in the North Downs on the 20th May to raise money for this project (Completed). I have also been challenged to lose 2 stone by the 16th June when we take 12 youths to the top of Pen Y Fan. One more addition to this list of challenges is that I will be cycling Ride London (100 miles) all for this worthwhile charity.
