Story
Choosing to support Dominic Slade in his team fundraising challenge was an easy one. I have an office job, spending my time in meetings or writing emails, whereas Dominic saves lives day in day out of those affected by cancer through his work as an eminent bowel surgeon. When I heard he wanted to raise £50,000 for Macmillan, he inspired me to create a challenge which would not just be significant but also appeal to others who love cycling, like Dominic and I.
The Cotswolds is a popular cycling destination and we will be cycling through 50 of its lovely villages in one day (28th July 2018), covering a distance of over 100 miles and climbing 1,350m.
Please support this challenge and contact me if you would like me to share the cycle route and interesting facts about each of the villages. Thank you. Stephen
