Story

The Stephen Cropper Tohoku Educational Fund has been established in memory of my late husband, Stephen, to help the people of the region rebuild their lives.

Stephen had great affection for Japan, its people and its culture, having built up business relationships there from the early 1980s until his untimely death on 4 April 2008.

I have set up the fund with support from Hill Dickinson, with the aim of sponsoring educational projects for children, often through sport and play.  These projects will not only improve the emotional health of the children, but will also assist in bringing together evacuee families and help in the re-building of communities.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Kate Cropper
