It is highly likely, at some point, all our lives will be affected by this horrible disease. Personally, I have had to watch family members and friends go through the process of treatment and it can only be described as hell.

Macmillan nurses are the best people. They were there when my uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and continued to care for him till he finally lost his battle. They were also there for my wife's grandfather, and countless others. I would like to give back to the wonderful human beings at Macmillan and do what I can to help others affected by cancer.
