On behalf of Steve Boylan a Veteran WO2 (QMSI) of the Royal Engineers, he has had a difficult few years and is currently a resident at Care for Veterans in Worthing.
After recovering from cancer, then receiving a brain injury after a motor bike accident he is on a long and intensive rehabilitation programme. He is however now able to use a static cycle to help build strength in his legs and help get him fit.
He has now completed his challenge of cycling the 874 mile distance from John O'Groats to Lands End which was not easy for him to complete. He has raised funds for Care for Veterans and the Royal Engineers Association.
He would like as many supporters as possible, to rally behind him to raise his target of £1748.00 or more. He would like to split any funds raised between Care for Veterans and the Royal Engineers Association. Two separate just giving pages have been set up to try and achieve this. A postcard will be released at each virtual stop he completes.
