Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the McCains 10k this year for Mental Health Awareness. As many of you know this challenged my family last year and the support we received was amazing. This is my opportunity to give something back to help others that need help and support for Mental Health.

We offer life-changing mental health support to over 1,000 people each year across Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale. We run seven projects providing one to one support, social activities, workshops and counselling alongside community and corporate training to raise awareness and combat stigma.
