On the 30th July I am taking part in the Prudential Ride London Surrey 100 event on behalf of Embrace the Middle East.

The event starts at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford and proceeds through London and then heads off towards the Surrey hills before heading back into London and finishing on The Mall 100 miles later.

Embrace the Middle East are bringing lasting change to the Middle East through healthcare, education and community development projects.
