Council of St. Mary’s Church, Wimbotsham, in conjunction with the Diocese of Ely.

There has been a place of worship on the same site in Wimbotsham, West Norfolk since the Norman period and thanks to our insurers, we have assurances that the Church is to be rebuilt, to continue the legacy for many years to come. 

In order to turn the recent tragedy into an opportunity that will
benefit as many people as possible, we are hoping to raise money in order to enhance the new build by adding a kitchen area and toilet facilities to provide a welcoming, multi-purpose space for use by the wider community in the future.

The Church has always remained steadfast at the heart of the village and we want to ensure that it continues to be for generations to come.
