So I'm 40 this year, but rather than receive gifts, I'd like you to consider donating to the Anne Conroy Trust, a small charity that helps fund research and provide support and education for those living with Chiari Malformation and associated conditions. 

Some of you may be aware that Cara had brain surgery (yes, really!) in the summer following a diagnosis of Chiari Malformation and subsequent worsening of symptoms, so this charity means a lot to us and feels like an apt recipient for any donation you may wish to make.
