I got back into running a year ago (finding it a fantastic way to deal with stress). I happily discovered that I was faster than my late 20's self and have been enjoying setting new pb's... I had swore I would never do another 1/2 Marathon but it still bugged me that I had yet to break 2 hours so I started training. 

My good friends help set up this charity in the mid 2000's and I did some fund raising for them in the past so this felt like a great opportunity to support them again. Please look up their charity and if it is something you would like to support the donate what you can!
