We help families find the strength to face everything cancer throws at them

Story

On Sunday August 4th 2019, together with my son Ben, I will take on the challenge of the Prudential RideLondon – Surrey 100. A 100 mile cycle ride that starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside.

I am taking on the challenge in support of the CLIC Sargent. This year Mendip District Council staff have chosen CLIC Sargent as their Charity of the Year. CLIC Sargent fights tirelessly to stop cancer destroying young lives. They work hard to help when each child and young person needs it most.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk
