.My story:

Every family has tough times and periods that are more difficult than usual, last year was ours. After a series of bad falls  and heart problems we lost our Mum in October 2018.

Now that things have got back to normal we both wanted to do something of our own and together as sisters. We talked about holidays, trips etc and then we came across the Trekfest challenges; this was just what we wanted something to focus on, to raise funds and hopefully get fit!!

I volunteer for the Skegness, Spilsby and Alford  branch of the Cat's Protection and any funds raised would go to them. I work together with a group of like minded people who are passionate about the welfare and safety cats  and so I am determined to achieve this goal!
