Story

It has been almost a year now since one of my closest friends was diagnosed with cancer. Phil is living with Oesophageal cancer & after several rounds of strong Chemotherapy earlier in the year, I am pleased to say that thankfully he is doing amazingly well.

Sadly though, in recent years far too many of my friends have passed away, nearly all taken by cancer & some not reaching their 60th birthday.

So, to celebrate reaching my 60th Birthday, I would like to do something to help with the research of this horrible disease. So hopefully in a generation to come, cancer will not mean a death sentence for anyone. Instead of having a party & probably receiving numerous bottles of Prosecco – OK maybe the odd glass or three will be raised to those we have lost, I am doing a Skydive to raise money for The Helen Rollason Charity. I need to reach a target of £395 to make this happen, so please give what you can, every penny counts.

Please follow me here & on my Facebook pages for updates on how the fund raising is doing.

The Helen Rollason Charity do an amazing job in raising money not only to support cancer research and clinical drug trials relating to cancer but also in providing support for patients living with cancer.

Please help me to spread the word by sharing this with your family & friends via any of the methods below.

Thank you for your support.
