Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for taking time to have a look at my page, Last year, l set myself the personal challenge of raising money for Cape Activities Project Ealing  (CAPE) through skydiving. That experience taught me that whatever we possess, the value of it doubles when we share it with others, in this case, Cape. 

This summer sees me coming back again to raise funds for this very worthwhile, mental health charity in Ealing. I’ve been passionate about cycling all my adult life and will now test myself to the limit by cycling 100 miles on Sunday 4th August in the Prudential Ride London. Something tells me, I must be a glutton for punishment!
