In these troubling times, & watching the inspirational efforts of  99 year old Captain Tom Moore & 90 year old Margaret Payne, climbing her staircase. I decided to join her in my own home.

6 weeks ago I had a knee replacement. I've been locked in at home since. 2 weeks ahead of everyone else. I've had to do physio from home, as my Hospital is shut to outpatients, physio etc. It is really hard to do, as I am not sure how well I should be doing at this stage. My consultant tells me to work towards climbing the stairs. Easier said than done. I can hardly step up once yet! So my goal is too climb a hundred times up & down at least. Please support me. At 63 years old, I am over 30 years younger than Captain Tom & Margaret too, but this is really difficult for me to do, please help me & help the NHS Charities fighting Coronavirus, helping patients & helping staff.
