We Bring horses and people together to improve health and therapeutic benefits

Story

My first introduction to the RDA  was at nine years old when I used to take my 11.3h pony Flicker every Thursday evening to our local Riding School in Sheffield for the RDA use,  leading him round the school  I loved getting to know and building friendships with the riders, and seeing how my naughty schoolmaster behaved perfectly on a Wednesday evening!

We now have the opportunity to be part of the dream to build the first ever RDA National Training Centre an inspiring home for the future of training at RDA . Every penny you donate will help them train more coaches and reach out to more people with disabilities and offer life changing therapy.

So with with two wheels instead of four legs I'm taking on the challenge of riding the events below in August

We'll be setting off at 7.30am  off from Cynwyd towards the shores of Bala then West to the sea at Barmouth .We then follow the coast North past Harlech Castle  with spectacular coastal views towards the Lleyn peninsular its then  Northward bound  to Beddgellert  a bit bumpy and into the BG gorge which is beautiful. From BG, we climb steadily up to the base of Snowdon(Yr Wyddfa) past two lakes. From Snowdon, we descend rapidly on the great value descent to Betws-y-Coed. After climbing out of Betws on the A5 for 8kms, we turn south onto the Ysbyty Ifan & Ffestiniog mountain road to climb steadily for14kms with further views of Snowdon aiming to be finished around 19.30....phew!

Thanks a million for your support
