3 years on from Mum’s stroke, I’m taking to the trails again to raise money for Headway Norfolk and Waveney, who played an instrumental role in her recovery and rehab. This time round it’s an 83 mile, non-stop run along the Norfolk Coastal Path through a (probably wet and windy) winter’s night. 

I’d be súper grateful for any donation you could make to this fantastic charity, and if you fancy a trip to Great Yarmouth at approx. 9AM on December 12th, a little shove to get me across the finish line wouldn’t go amiss either!
