Story
RYAN TAYLOR
This real life superhero touched the hearts of every single person he met, be it only a minute he would make an impression on you with his hilarious personality. Theres not enough words in the dictionary to describe Ryan he is the most kind, caring, strong, thoughtful, generous, funny, smart, adventurous, brave, loving, selfless, person you could ever know. He is loved by so many people and will be missed more than he will ever know!
During his battle with cancer which started in July 2013 he had unbelievable support from so many amazing individuals and charities. The Teenage Cancer Trust in particular really made a difference to his life, he had access to the lovely facilities at the hospital where he met so many young people all in similar situations, there is an amazing chill out area where they can all hang out forget their troubles and just have fun. They went on so many incredible trips and had the support of some outstanding staff who he loved so very much and were more like friends. Ryan was blessed with his own room (penthouse suite) in this lovely part of the hospital where he spent the last week of his life entertaining every doctor and nurse with his witty jokes. His mum had her own bed to stay with him the whole week and friends and family were able to come at any time. He fell peacefully to sleep in his penthouse suite on the morning of Saturday the 11th March surrounded by his family.
We know Ryan would want all other young people in his situation to have the help and support that he had so we are asking instead of flowers for people to make a donation to the Teenage Cancer Trust as we have seen first hand the wonderful work they do and the difference they make to the lives of these young adults in need.
TO THE TEENAGE CANCER TRUST WE WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR RYAN AND THE OPPORTUNITIES HE HAS HAD BECAUSE OF YOU X
RYAN HAS ALSO PREVIOUSLY INSPIRED FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO RAISE OVER £11,000 FOR BRAIN TUMOUR RESEARCH!
