We support specialist organisations to empower and support survivors.

Charity Registration No. 1109305

Story

I am doing a sky dive for The Trust House in Grantham. This is a safe place that offers support to both men and women affected by rape and sexual abuse.  Where you can access a range of services to help improve health and well being. A place where survivors can reclaim their lives.

This is a place I have been going since last year due to a few set backs in my personal life. This is a place where I have grown as a person and I've been helped to see my own worth. It can be a daunting time to first speak out, but we are not alone and there are people that will support you. Never fear you won' be believed because you will and in time you will find a strength you never knew you had. It's that strength that as got me through.

So this sky dive is my way of saying thank you to the trust here in Grantham because without their support I wouldn' be who I am today. I am now me.

If you follow the link to sponsor me it will go through to the Survivors Trust whom is the sister body of the Trust House Grantham and every single penny will still go directly to the trust in Grantham.

So any donation would be greatly appreciated so this amazing place can support more people like me.

Please don't shun us survivors. What happened to us was inhumane but we are still human with thoughts, feelings, and emotions just like you. What happened to us, we didn't ask for and it was never our fault, but those who did us wrong. We are not our abuse.  So  if you want to sponsor me all details are here and I'll also have a sponsor form.

Thank you and here's to me flying free once more in June.

My website for any one that may be struggling is www.suzy1975.co.uk   I promise you're never alone.
