Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving Page .

On the 14th October John and I are flying to Kathmandu with 10 friends for the  challenge of a lifetime but more importantly to raise much needed funds for the Isabel Hospice .In July 2013 I started a complimentary hairdressing service in the Hospice for the patients and their families.Working in the Hospice really makes you realise the incredible care and support they offer which is second to none .In October 2016 I experienced this first hand while they cared for my dad and as a family I know we could not have coped without the support of the Hospice team.

Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, they could not make this possible for patients and their families. Each year they care for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members. But we know there are even more people that need their help.

The Hospice has to raise £3,000,000 every year .Please help us to help them continue their incredible service .Every donation however large or small is very much appreciated and please don't forget the much valued gift aid .

A Huge Thankyou

Sue and John xx
