Amigos Worldwide works with children, youths and caregivers in rural northern Uganda, facilitating training, education and infrastructure so that they may become self-supporting in the future. Ruben was going to visit Kira Farm (run by Amigos) this year on a school trip but it has been cancelled due to Covid. He was super excited about visiting and despite not going he is still keen to show his support especially in this difficult time. It is often the poor and most vulnerable who suffer most during a crisis and Amigos will provide invaluable support over the coming years to help Ugandans recover from the impact of the pandemic. We are therefor asking for your generous support and in return we will aim to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, all in 24 hours!
