In 2015 I tried to achieve a fitness challenge which was out of my reach, but I had a go.  Ive been trying ever since to push myself each year to achieve these difficult challenges and each time they have broken me, and I have failed, and learned from them.  However, I will now rise again with 2 challenges.

In 2019 I will be doubling up with 2 challenges.  The @PrideFitness1 skipping challenge and a press-up challenge following the format of my previous challenges. All details can be seen on my FB Page @swimtutton1

Alongside my challenge is my passion for helping animals in any way I can.  I aim to raise money for our local RSPCA Llys Nini branch in Swansea.
