When I was offered by my friend and client Raj and his company Elara Capital the opportunity to run the London Marathon and raise money for the fantastic charity ‘Guide Dogs’ I did wonder if I would be able to complete such a mammoth task, but after an hour or so of deliberating I realised it was a challenge that would change my life and also help such a wonderful and local charity that receives no Government funding what so ever and depends entirely on public support. Therefore I could not let this pass me by.

With your help I will be raising as much money as possible to support the on-going work that this charity does to provide day to day freedom to blind and partially sighted people in the UK.

Here are just a few facts on where your money will be going and why it is so crucial that the guide dogs charity continues to receive donations to continue their great work.

Every guide dog costs around £50,000*

I am already well in to my training programme, which I am loving, however it is very demanding with around 5-6 training sessions a week and around 30-50 miles a week, but with your support I will stay motivated and positive so please please take a few minutes to write a message and sponsor as much or as little as you like to support me on this huge challenge and help this fantastic charity!
