Aspire Coast to Coast Challenge
Campaign by Aspire (RCN 1075317)
Challenge yourself, your family & friends to the Aspire Coast to Coast Challenge. Walk 192 miles where ever you want over 12 weeks, raise funds for people with Spinal Cord Injury.

Story

Every four hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury.  It is a devastating, catastrophic injury that can happen to anyone, without warning or with the ability to prepare.  In a split second, your life is irrevocably changed.  Aspire provides support, Housing and advice to ensure spinal cord injured people can go on to live a fulfilled and independent life.

We are all being encouraged to exercise for an hour every day.  We are going to make sure when we get out for our walk, as a family, each day and ensure every step will make a difference.  It’s a huge distance so please help us make every walk count and give generously.
