#TeamBreconCarreg is formed by a team of 20 runners across Wales.

Between us, we’ll be taking on the Cardiff Half, Snowdonia Half, Rhyl 10K, Bangor 10K, Newport Marathon, Swansea Half, Bangor 10K, Rhyl Half, North Wales Half, Cardiff 10K, Cowny Half, Flintshire 10K, Pontypridd 5K Bounce Run, Swansea 10K, Great Welsh half, Barry 10K and the Cardiff Bay Run!

Together (and with the help of Brecon Carreg) we’ll be training, supporting each other and raising huge amounts of money for Wales Air Ambulance. Brecon Carreg will be tracking our miles in training and events and, for every mile that we run, they will donate £1 to Wales Air Ambulance.

Wales Air Ambulance is solely funded by the people of Wales and requires £6.5 million a year to keep its 4 Helicopters in the sky serving Wales and saving lives.WAA can be anywhere in Wales within 20 minutes and operates its latest 4th aircraft as Wales Children's Air Ambulance that can transfer premature and new born infants to the required hospital for life-saving treatment.Your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales and allow for patients to be taken quickly in their time of need to the most appropriate hospital.
