A calendar of events for 2018 including a little running ..... a little cycling.... and a little walking.....

1. 5th April to 7th April  The Annual Albion Foundation Bike ride this year from Swansea back to the Hawthorns 180 miles including a few hills the Brecon beacons being one!!  [COMPLETED]
2. 14th July The Annual Albion Foundation Blind Dave Colour Run a 5k fun packed run through Sandwell Valley [COMPLETED]
3. 8th to the 16th of October, the Great Wall of China, one of the seven wonders of the world is the next challenge Team Blind Dave are facing this year, in aid of the Albion Foundation. The challenge consists of walking the Great Wall of China for a minimum of 7 hours a day, navigating thousands of uneven steps, overlooking treacherous sheer drops with relentless climbs, trekking over crumbling ground along narrow banks and tackling the ever-changing ascents and descents along the ancient wall. Battling temperatures reaching mid-20s during the day and ending in basic lodges to rest in at night, chances of hot water will be scarce, toilets will be little more than holes in the ground and Wi-Fi will definitely not be available!
