"The Comrades Marathon is the worlds largest and oldest ultramarathon race. Athletes have 12 hours to complete the 50 plus miles and there are a number of cut off points along the route which runners must reach by a certain time or be forced to retire from the race.  Only runners who have completed an officially recognised marathon in under five hours can qualify to run."

This year commences with the annual Baggies Bike Ride supporting the Albion Foundation from Preston back to the Hawthorns for the home game against Preston.

We will also be participating in the Manchester and London marathons to gain that qualifying time for Comrades.
