Team DanGina (Daniel & Georgina!) are (clearly a bit mad and) doing some running challenges in 2013 & 2014.

We did our first run with some of Daniel's colleagues - the Exmoor half marathon - & it was awesomely beautiful (unlike us at the end of it)!

Then we went on to do the following Endurancelife coastal trail series half marathon which was in the North York Moors. That definitely wasn't on our original calendar but was great fun. Daniel came 5th after being overtaken by 2 people in the last 400m! Georgina was not too far behind ;) Then did the local half marathon in Oxford at the beginning of October. 

There is reason behind all this madness and that is to raise money for 'Action on Hearing Loss'. We have a huge amount of respect for the audiologists, engineers and legions of other hardworking people involved in fighting hearing loss. Their commitment and dedication is gradually moving us towards a time when all people will be able to enjoy perfect hearing.

So that's why we are fundraising for the charity 'Action on Hearing Loss'. They do fantastic work and the money you donate to them here will go directly towards hearing loss research.  

Thank you very much to all who donate and help to improve the lives of people who are deaf or hard of hearing. It means a lot to us.
