We are a group of friends, most of whom train with Ipswich Strength & Conditioning (ISC), who have signed up to complete the Fan Dance Race 24km SAS Selection Route over Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons. Some have experience of running/walking in these gruelling conditions, others are complete novices (myself included!).
