We are a team at Help for Heroes that provides recovery and
support for those who have been affected by their time serving in the British Armed Forces and their families.

Our amazing supporters are crucial in helping spread the
word as well as fundraising to make a real difference.  

This is why we want to give back and as staff support The
Force for Good by pushing ourselves to the limit.

Last year we did an epic 24-hour triathlon, but this year we
have planned something bigger......

  Wright
• 1^st August 2018

Leaving Tedworth House Recovery
Centre at 2am cycling to Fort Gilkicker Gosport (arrival time 6:30am) 65 miles in 4 hours

Swim to Ryde Sands (Isle of wright) 2.5 miles  depart at 6:40am arrive 8:00am

Run around whole island depart 8:30am 65 miles 10 mile
legs.  (10 to 12 hours-I know! That's more hours than I sleep)

The whole team will be involved from support crew, to water safety to morale givers.

Please help us raise money for this amazing charity who have
helped so many already on their recovery journey so we can continue to support those that need us.
