WheelPower provides and promotes opportunities for thousands of children and young adults with disabilities to participate in recreational and competitive wheelchair sport and improve their quality of life.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am currently training for a endurance walk on Saturday the 26th July 2014. The walk is 100km ( 62.5 miles ) from Putney to Henley on Thames along the Thames towpath and is to be completed within 24 hours .

Sport has tremendous physical, psychological and social benefits for the participants. WheelPower provides and promotes opportunities for thousands of children and young adults with disabilities to participate in recreational and competitive wheelchair sport and improve their quality of life. They are based locally at the Stoke Manderville Hospital at High Wycombe.
