We are a group of friends aged 13-14 from Hamble Sea Scouts aiming to raise money for a charity called Naomi House Children's Hospice. We will be taking part in the Great River Race which is a 21.6 mile row along the River Thames from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey. The money we raise will go towards looking after life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their extended families. We appreciate the fact that we are all healthy and able to take part in a race like this, and would like to help those children who are not as fortunate as us. Thank you.
