Story

TEAM BATHTUB DO IT!!! Please see story below for update on the teams success :)

Ladies and GenTUBmen!

We trust you have watched our Promo video (see gallery or go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGHlZfJVC8g  ) and are up to speed with our elaborate plans. Not yet thinking of pulling the plug on us we hope!

So, the jist is this.We plan on paddling the width of Scotland, across the Caledonian Canal and several lochs (including Nessy!), IN A BATHTUB! Two 6ft tall men. One bath tub. 77 miles. Never attempted before...what could go wrong?

'YOU FOOLS!' we hear you cry, 'YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT' the cynics says. 'YOURE BATHING BONKERS'. Yes. Quite. But as a great man once said 'A man is best judged by how far he can paddle a bath tub across an entire nation'.

But theres a serious motive behind all this. Sadly, my father passed away on the 9th of May this year. Dad suffered from the debilitating and regressive  disease of Multiple Sclerosis for many years and, as a result, experienced a wide range of physical and emotional daily challenges. The MS Therapy Centre in Bedford provided an invaluable place of relief for him, and other MS sufferers, to seek treatment, advice, or just a place to relax and socialise. The centre also receives no government funding and relies solely on donations.

It would mean a lot to everyone involved in this project if you were able to donate as much as you can to a truly inspirational cause.

Thanks all
