Grab your aprons, roll up your sleeves and get decorating your favourite cake because we want you to join our Big Barnardo’s Cake Off!

Between the 30th July – 27th August 2016 in-toto Kitchens is running a national children’s cake decorating competition in aid of the UK’s biggest kid’s charity, Barnardo’s. 

Children of all ages are encouraged to take part in the contest to create imaginative and delightfully decorated treats.  To enter, participants are asked to decorate cakes in whatever design takes their fancy, with the chance to win the grand prize of an exclusive one-to-one baking experience with MasterChef: The Professionals winner, Steven Edwards plus four tickets to Cadbury World!

Entrants have the choice to create their delectable masterpiece at home and submit their photo entry via the in-toto website.  Or, Mum and Dad will be pleased to know that you can take the mess elsewhere by attending a special cake decorating day at one of the 18 participating in-toto studios, where children can make their scrumptious designs together in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Once all the entries have been collected and the competition has closed, Steven Edwards will choose his five favourite designs, selecting the most imaginative, show-stopping pieces to put to the public vote on our Facebook page, where the online community will be asked to ‘like’ which design is their favourite.  Then on Friday 16th September the votes will be counted and the winner will be announced!

We encourage a suggested donation of £5 per entry and during the Facebook voting stage, we will donate £250 for 100 votes, £500 for 200 votes and £2,000 for 500 votes!  All of the money raised will go to Barnardo’s.
