We have decided to take on the challenge of the 5km, 20 obstacles assault course known as the Spartan UK Twickenham Stadion Race. 

Our target is to raise £1000 and if you can help us achieve that, we will add an extra stipulation; If we don't complete it in 1 hour or less we will donate an extra 10% of the £1000 target! 

We are raising money for Mind BLMK as 1 in 4 people will suffer a mental health condition in any given year, and we don't feel enough funding is in place to help metal health support charities like Mind BLMK. Mind BLMK works across our communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with a range of partners, they offer a number of activities from their wellbeing centres and local venues, to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. Their aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
