I will be completing a 1-a-day marathon (42.2km,26.22miles) over a 5 day period INDOOR using, a treadmill, cross trainer, indoor rowing machine and indoor bike starting on the 10/04/20, this date is significant to me as it also marks 100 days sober for me, so I wanted to do something special.
The layout will be as follows and I will start each marathon at 6am:

Indoor Bike Marathon

Running Marathon (treadmill)
14/04/20
10.1km Rower - 10km cross trainer - 10km bike - 10.1km Run

Total = 211KM - 131miles
all in aid of the 'NHS Charities Together' foundation
