I love Korean food. Really love it. Especially kimchi. So I decided that in 2013, I'd try to visit every Korean restaurant in London's Zone 1. And then I thought, it'd be fun to rate each one on the quality of their kimchi. And then I thought, if I'm going to do something like that, someone somewhere should benefit.
