On 5th October, Kat and Chris (aka The Metcalves) will be joining the Black Knights in Lancaster to lob themselves out of a perfectly serviceable plane at 15000 feet. 

Why? Short answer; well why not?!

Kat's Nan, Rose Mears, aka Min, received wonderful care from St Catherine's before she sadly passed away in 2002. As a District Nurse, Chris's mum treated many people who spent time in St Catherine's, and living nearby for so many years, it has always been a charity close to our hearts.

We've never been in the position to do something like this before, but having lost nearly 20 stone between us in the past 2 years, we felt we should use our new-found fitness to help others.
