OCD is not about cleaning (that's OCPD). OCD is like having the nastiest person holding a gun to your head telling you they will kill you, harm your family or ruin your life if you don't do what it says. 

OCD or not, we have all been a slave to our minds and mental health affects everyone. Please (if you can) support OCD UK and the great work they do to make other's live better.
