Hi :) Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are two young women who, in summer 2018, will be undertaking the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge as both a personal challenge and, more importantly, to raise money for a charity close to our hearts.

Safeline is a charity which supports those who have experienced sexual abuse. We chose this charity as we believe there is not enough support and services for survivors. We also want to raise awareness of the issue of sexual abuse and show survivors there is nothing to be ashamed of and that help is out there. Unfortunately, charities supporting survivors are underfunded. Safeline offers services to everybody, regardless of age, gender, sexuality or race, whilst also working with family and friends of those affected. They offer counselling, helplines, Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs), training for professionals and prevention projects. We are (optimistically) aiming to raise £1000, so Safeline can continue to offer such invaluable services.
