I'm competing against fellow Greenlighter http://www.justgiving.com/Brendon-Johnson in a power lifting competition on May 25. We are doing this for two great charities so please donate to either of us and help us raise as much money as possible. Apart from the obvious bragging rights on offer, we really want to raise as much money as possible so please dig deep and donate now.

The event will involve three different exercises, Deadlifts, Squats, and Bench Press with the winner being determined by the total amount lifted across the best lifts in each exercise.

If you want to make me work for my money I am more than happy for you to pledge a certain amount depending on what I achieve. 10p for every kg lifted, £10 for a four plate (180kg) bench press etc. Please send your pledge to thomas.barker[at]greenlightdigital.com and I will chase you up for payment after the event!
